You Share the Vision

Day 03

Site Visit & Measurement

We come to you. We measure the plot, check soil and access, identify any constraint — sloped ground, existing MEP, neighbour walls. You get an honest feasibility read on the same day.

Day 07

Proposal & Fixed Scope

A written scope document with line-item costs, a realistic timeline and a materials specification. No ballpark. No 'we'll confirm after we start.' You know the number before a single shovel moves.

Day 10

Ground Breaks

Our crew mobilises. Excavation, underground MEP routing and structural groundworks begin. We send you a photo update every three working days — unprompted.

Structure & Craft

Shell, tiling, planting, pergola frames, outdoor fixtures — the visible build takes shape. This is when the sketch becomes real. You are welcome on site at any time.

Full clean, equipment commissioning, water chemistry balanced. We walk you through everything. Then we step back — and you enjoy it.

Complex Scope

Non-standard plots, retrofit pools in built-up villas, sloped gardens with zero flat ground. These are the jobs we specifically want. Sixteen years in Dubai means we have solved most of the unusual problems already.

Sloped Plot

Terraced Pool on a 2.5m Drop

Challenge

The client's rear garden fell 2.5 metres across 12 metres. Three contractors walked away. Standard excavation was impossible without destabilising the boundary wall.

Solution

We designed a split-level terrace: retained lower pool deck, stepped limestone walls doubling as seating, and a concealed drainage channel to manage run-off. MEP routed through the retaining structure.

A freeform pool that uses the slope as a design feature — completed in 48 days.

Retrofit

Pool Added to a Fully Landscaped Villa

Challenge

The client had an established garden — mature palms, an irrigation grid, an existing boundary wall — and wanted a pool added without losing the planting or disturbing the exterior finish.

Solution

We mapped the existing irrigation runs and re-routed before excavation. Palms were root-balled and temporarily relocated, then replanted to the new pool surround layout after the shell cured.

Pool installed, all mature trees preserved, replanting completed. Client's garden looked intentional, not disrupted.
